A Time For ChoosingAppeasement or Courage?

Today commemorates three years since the passing of President Ronald Reagan. It is absolutely fitting to fill this space in his memory with a brief endorsement for his elegant and timeless " A Time for Choosing " speech, given in 1964 during Senator Goldwater's Presidential campaign. It begins with President Reagan announcing, " I am going to talk of controversial things. I make no apology for this. " It contains such historical notables as, " You and I have a rendezvous with history," and " There is no easy answer, but there is a simple answer. " Referring to the not so complicated positions taken by opposing political parties regarding peace and war, he correctly characterizes the Democrat's policy as one of surrender. " They tell us that by avoiding a direct confrontation with the enemy he will learn to love us and give up his evil ways. All who oppose this idea are blanket indicted as war-mongers. Well, let us set one thing straight, there is no argument with regard to peace and war. It is cheap demagoguery to suggest that anyone would want to send other people's sons to war. The only argument is with regard to the best way to avoid war. There is only one sure way--surrender. "Not even anti-war activists like Cindy Sheehan are able to sustain their beliefs. She has even (predictably) given up. For those who support Victory in Iraq, we must continue. We are obligated to. There is so much from this speech that reflects the current political climate, and we must draw inspiration from it. " The specter our well-meaning liberal friends refuse to face is that their policy of accommodation is appeasement, and appeasement does not give you a choice between peace and war, only between fight and surrender. "It is indeed A Time for Choosing." Are you willing to spend time studying the issues, making yourself aware, and then conveying that information to family and friends? " Are you?A Time for Choosing remarks from 1964, made available by the Ronald Reagan Presidential LibraryThe Reagan Diaries by, Presidential historian Douglas Brinkley

Buyer's Remorse

Neo-Con Bill Kristoll, editor of the Weekly Standard, "predicted" this morning that Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld would again tender his resignation, and the President would accept it. Prior to the announcement of Secretary Rumsfeld's resignation, Speaker of the House Elect, Representative Nancy Pelosi said in her morning news conference that replacing Rumsfeld would be a welcomed signal to Democrats that the President is willing to concede to change.Former Director of the CIA Dr. Robert Gates is the President's nominee for the position of Secretary of Defense. I predict he will be confirmed immediately.Back to Bill Kristoll. Mr. Kristoll wants an increased troop presence in Iraq. I am also predicting that this will occur. Secretary Rumsfeld's entire strategy has been about leaving a light footprint. He has continued to support a leaner, lighter and more mobile military force. Neo-Con's like bill Kristoll, Fred Barnes and Max Boot have been calling for an increase in troop levels in Iraq for months, in article after article. It isn't difficult to figure out that all of these details were hammered out days before the election. Rumsfeld, Pelosi, Kristoll, the President agreed that if the Republicans lost the leadership in the House, Mr. Rumsfeld had to go.American forces need to put down the insurgency. We need to quell civil war, and secure Baghdad. this can only be accomplished with more troops. Democrat voters are going to be very surprised to see where their votes went. Democrats are going to pass the President's immigration policy that the Republican House impeded. The President is going to get out of Iraq by increasing troop levels. Surprisingly, Howard Dean and many others on the left also endorse this strategy, and have implemented it to show that they can win by running to the right of Republicans. The table is set.

UNHOLY FOLEY

Congressman Foley's recent admissions and subsequent resignation over his scandalous exchange of E-mails and sexually explicit instant messages between himself and a then, sixteen year old Congressional page is proof that pedophilia is a sickness that pervades and distorts the minds of people from every walk of life. As evidenced by Dateline NBC's programs, "To Catch A Predator," with Perverted Justice.com, lists of violators including doctors, teachers, government employees, married men, single men, old, young, wealthy, poor; proves the axiom that the proclivity to engage in sex with underage minors is certainly not exclusive to any one particular segment of society. And, on Friday, Americans discovered that the very lawmakers charged with protecting the victims of such crimes are as flawed and as equally guilty as any garden variety sex offender. At a glance, these recent revelations about Mr. Foley, a Republican representative from Florida, about his outrageous behavior have amplified the voices of my critics. It has provided them with the ammunition to try and discredit my previous claims as they relate to the far left wing's apparent vulnerability to pedophile activists. On the surface, the unfortunate irony of having just issued warnings on my Blog about the foibles of a certain Democrat Congressman's socially liberal positions, are now being trumped by reports of a Republican member of Congress who is actually engaging in the very acts I have condemned his rivals of being party to by virtue of their own liberal policies. I continue to assert this theory, and offer as evidence the intercepted communications, public writings, and widely known political affiliations as published on my Blog about David Thorstad, the preeminent leader of the pedophilia movement. It is a political reality that cannot be simply ignored because a single Republican Congressman is himself a pedophile. Aside from activists like Thorstad and his well documented attempts to hi-jack the gay marriage agenda, I also point out that Thorstad, by his own admission, plans to usurp the issue of socialized healthcare to gain legal status for pedophiles. He, and others claim that adults and their underage "partners" are being discriminated against, much the same way same sex couples complain they should be afforded the same healthcare benefits, typically awarded to heterosexual married couples and their spouses. My initial reporting in "The Left Hand Not Knowing What The Far Left Hand Is Doing," aimed to expose the weaknesses of lawmakers who propose socially liberal legislation. In it, I contend that the unfortunate side effect of advocating progressive policies that wish to expand the definition of marriage to include same sex partners, and promoting measures that serve to incorporate universal healthcare through a form of socialized medicine, creates loopholes that radical elements will use as precedent to concoct a visible, political debate on the basis of discrimination. It is important that lawmakers, when proposing such legislation, should be aware of this chink in their armor. If Congress itself can be infiltrated by an actual pedophile like Foley, isn't it conceivable that pedophile activists, targeting individual lawmakers, at all levels, are supporting certain legislative agendas to suit their own?The hypocrisy of Mr. Foley's reprehensible personal behavior and his public support for conservative values is drawing opposition from activists in the gay community. In an article released by the Associated Press, and featured in the prominent gay rights magazine, "The Advocate.com," Michael Rogers, who operates a Blog that has been at the center of several high profile outings declares,"I'm going to be calling out the politicians who vote against us and work against the interests of the very community they come from."Aside from Mr. Foley being susceptible to blackmail, it is obvious that pedophile activists, and the homosexual community at large considered Foley to be an adversary. It's obvious that Foley was ashamed of his homosexuality, and once characterized any insinuations that he was one as, "revolting." No doubt, he also probably considers his predilections for same sex youths as a disease, which he now attributes to his battle with alcoholism. The fact that Foley is/was a Republican is not going to stop activists in the pedophilia community from supporting progressive candidates, and it is doubtful that pedophile activists will suddenly begin to support Republicans for Congress. When Republican Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert was first apprised of the inappropriate E-mail exchanges between Foley and his pages, immediate action would have saved his party much of the embarrassment they are now enduring. It would certainly have helped prevent the victimization of yet another youth, who was perhaps, confused about his own sexual identity also. I support the Washington Times and their call for the resignation of Dennis Hastert. Former Representative Foley should also face criminal charges, and one can only hope that his own legislation serve as the basis for his conviction. These events should serve as a wakeup call to all congressional leaders. A vote for either party is not a vote for pedophilia, just so long as both parties unite against it by investigating, punishing and eradicating anyone displaying the type of behavior initially disclosed in Mr. Foley's original "Overfriendly," E-mails, and likewise, leaders should immediately disavow those who engage in providing material support to organizations like NAMBLA, as was the case of the person who volunteered for Congressman Kucinich. Anyone affiliated with legislators on any level, from volunteers to paid congressional aides, should be subject to intense scrutiny, and politicians should publicly acknowledge and safeguard potential gaps in proposed legislation measures, like gay marriage and universal healthcare by inserting language and provisions that would make it impossible for pedophile activists who aim to use it as precedent to advance their beliefs.

C.G.I. Clinton's Global Initiative? or Clinton Goes Insane?

Why are we still asking President Bill Clinton if he thinks he did enough to eliminate Usama bin-Laden? Firstly, it's a loaded, lobbing, softball question. The formulation of the question itself is predicated on statements made previously by Mr. Clinton. He has answered them, and the answer is "NO," he obviously didn't do enough to eradicate UBL!FNC's Sunday anchor, Chris Wallace put the question to Mr. Clinton to simply evoke the former President's standard talking points. What he got was Mt. St. Helens! Mr.Clinton's explosive reaction and recriminatory remarks not only came out of left field, but exposed his Carteresque mean streak.(Click Here to see video)Coming off of the heels of ABC's docudrama, "The Path to 9/11," Mr. Clinton decided he wasn't going to answer the UBL question anymore. He insists the premise is solely fueled by a disinformation campaign designed to revive and renew doubts about his administration, and undermine his legacy building. Therefore, the question itself is objectionable. President Clinton has been asked this question numerous times, and has answered it each time, calmly. Mr. Clinton is Legacy Building! And he thinks a supposition about the effectiveness of his administration concerning global terrorism is the clarion for the old Vast Right Wing Conspiracy all over again.I don't subscribe to blaming Mr. Clinton for the events of 9/11. Had Usama been terminated, Bill Clinton would not be remembered as "The President who was able to avert the greatest attack ever on American soil." If you are unable to claim credit for avoiding it, than you shouldn't receive blame for not preventing it.The death of UBL, had Mr.Clinton succeeded, does not necessarily mean we wouldn't have been attacked anyway. 9/11 was such a low-tech operation, I don't see how anything could have stopped 19 guys with box-cutters from hi-jacking those planes. Foreign intrigue and wagging the dog aside, it was inconceivable (save for the inital bombing at WTC in '93) to draw a line from each dot to the next if the presumption is that there aren't any dots to connect. The Bush Doctrine of Pre-emption directly and addresses that paradox. As to its effectiveness? Like Clinton's dilemma, President Bush will never receive credit for the futre attacks that could have occurred had he not opted for regime change in Iraq.By identifying perceived threats, and engaging them, on every level, before they materialize into action, the Bush Doctrine of Pre-emption, clearly defines the purpose and justification for the presence of American troops in Iraq. As it relates to the attacks of 9/11, it is evidenced that the President has never directly linked the two, and has never asserted that Saddam was connected to 9/11. We are in Iraq, because we want to prevent future attacks, and are on the offensive against those we believe have the ability, the motivation and the resources, to wage war on America. So, when someone says, "What does Iraq have to do with what happened on 9/11?" Refer them to this. America will no longer treat attacks against it as singular, individual events, to be handled on a case by case basis. The War on Terror is about identifying potential threats, and neutralizing them.Killing someone in retribution for an act they've already committed (Afghanistan) is not nearly as important as killing someone because he is in the process of executing another attack (after the attack on Afghanistan, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi fled to Iraqto have his leg amputated. Saddam Hussein harbors terrorists, supplies funding for hezbollah, and has corrupted every U.N. mandated sanction against him, including Resolution 1441).Since 9/11 bin-Laden has been reduced to a mere emblematic figure in the War on Terror. His evasion of capture however, symbolizes failure for the Bush Administration. His tentative death or capture will not diminish the violence in Iraq, or Afghanistan either. While the death of Zarqawi was minimized by critics of the administration, it can't be denied that Zarqawi, up until his death, was involved in assembling and prosecuting on-going and active plots to kill Americans, and innocent civilians on a daily basis. Granted, the violence did not cease, and the war was not won. Neither will it be won when we kill or capture bin-Laden. This is not what the War on Terror is about, it's about pre-emption.After President Clinton's appearance on FOX News Sunday, with Chris Wallace, at Mr. Clinton's urging, Mr. Wallace referred his audience to two excerpts from the book by Mr. Clinton's former Counter Terrorism Advisor, Richard Clarke. The first excerpt has Clarke saying that Clinton was obsessed with bin-Laden (and rightfully so). According to Clarke, President Clinton wanted UBL and all of his Lieutenants assassinated, and it was the CIA that failed. In the New York Times edition of the "9/11 Report," an article by Thom Shanker says, " the report goes into detail about how the C.I.A. developed a plan to capture or kill Osama bin-Laden in 1997 and 1998, when intelligence was deemed especially good about his residence at Tarnak Farms on the outskirts of Kandahar, Afghanistan. " It goes on to say that , " Complete rehearsals were run in the U.S. and across three international time zones. Although the report says that 'no capture plan before 9/11 ever again attained the same level of detail and preparation,' the mission was viewed as too risky, and not approved by senior Clinton administration national security officials." In 1996, the Sudanese government notified the Clinton Administration, that UBL had fled Saudi Arabia, and was residing in the Sudan. President Clinton contemplated capturing bin-Laden with the assistance of the Sudanese government, but changed his mind, and recounted his reasons for doing so in a speech he gave at a luncheon, for a group of Long Island businessmen. "They released him. At the time, 1996, he had committed no crime against America, so I did not bring him here, because we had no basis on which to hold him, though we knew he wanted to commit crimes against America."'So I pleaded with the Saudis to take take him, 'cause they could have.' But they thought it was a hot potato." A tape of Clinton's comments from the luncheon surfaced. Reports of the tape were published by NewsMax.com and eventually picked up by Vanity Fair Magazine. According to NewsMax.com, former National Security Adviser, Sandy "Burglar" Berger, insisted that the Sudanese government never mentioned a plan to extradite bin-Laden. The tape of Bill Clinton contradicts this version. Later, prior to testifying before the 9/11 Commission, Sandy Berger stole documents from the National Archives directly relating to his testimony. fr This, combined with the Sudan bungle, merits tougher questions. Reverting to President Bush's first several months in office, The Washington Times reported that "The final policy paper on national security that President Clinton submitted to Congress--45,000 words long--makes no mention of al Qaeda and refers to Osama bin Laden by name just four times." That document is available to the public.President Clinton embarrassed himself, and appeared to enter the interview with the preconceived notion that it was going to be a "Conservative Hit-Job." It wasn't; it was a runaway train. A finger wagging, full throated defense of his legacy.

Just tuning in? Read the entire report in the order it was written, replete with notations: by, JP HERERook·iee (rook-ee)-noun1. Slanga. An inexperienced person; a novice.Add to that, banal, immature, and pseudo-intellectual. Rookiee is a pedophile who operates a Pod-cast radio program called Pedologues. His program includes lengthy, tedious interviews with various members of NAMBLA's steering committees, and has become an oasis for every reprobate possessing the hint of a Dutch accent and a one-way ticket to Thailand in his pocket. His program glorifies sex with minors, and is nothing more than transparent and crude propaganda advocating for the acceptance of pedophilia. His is a show surrounded on all four sides by reality.Noting his recent bout with enmity, Rookiee's reactions to the added negative attention his site has been receiving, have been predictable and unsophisticated. He says he is "Pushing Back," threatens to make public statements, and labels this as his "Official response," as if he's deputizing pedophiles and handing out campaign certificates or something. With little impact, he helplessly claws away at his opposition. Like an abandoned kitten tossed over the side of a bridge in a muslin bag, he scratches and scratches, as he sinks further and further into deeper waters. Blind, demented and confused, Rookiee raises meager challenges when he should just fold up quietly and disappear. Illogically, he believes that this is a call to arms. This is the type of thinking that inexperience creates. This isn't about freedom of speech. This is about out-maneuvering. It is a battle of wills and skills, and trust me, I've seen his opponents, they are many, they are savvy, and they are coming. I mean, anyone who calls themselves Rookiee Revolyob, and thinks Boylover spelled backwards is clever, is still operating at the level of a college freshman. While this may be the most attention he's ever received in his life, and unfortunately, he is being reinforced with attention by glorifying the life of a pedophile, it will certainly be short lived. Rookiee's second mistake was antagonizing Perverted Justice.com. PJ has issued a comprehensive Call 2 Action. Their campaign is streamlined, well publicized, and professional. It is already rearing results.Witness Rookiee's newest conundrum, as published in his latest entry, "Heh. Wikipedia just blocked me and wiped my userpage for my adding a link to my homepage." User:RookieeFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopediaThis user has been blocked from editing Wikipedia for violating Wikipedia's policies, most notably WP:NOT: Wikipedia user pages, signatures, etc. should not be used for advocacy.Retrieved from "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Rookiee"Heh? He obviously doesn't comprehend his new role as victim in this situation, and is failing to accept the futility of his actions. You don't stop to yell at the iceberg when you're on the Titanic. But, that's exactly what he's doing. This is not the time to respond with adolescent quips, and hollow challenges. On September 14, he had the audacity to reprint a portion of my blog on his site. He can't even spell John Powers! And if he think it's not important enough to remember how to spell the name of the man chronicling your take-down, well, like I said, he's a novice. His first biggest mistake however, was attacking an individual like Rikijo. While Perverted Justice is dismantling Rookiee's entire surrounding infrastructure, Rikijo and his crew are initiating less than obvious measures to guarantee the removal of Pedologues. I am told that they are close to exposing Rookiee's true identity. With it, comes an avalanche of intelligence, and anyone connected with Rookiee, and endorsing his illegal off the air antics with minors, should abandon him now. His inexperience with real world consequences is no doubt, motivating him to continue conducting his programs like it's business as usual. I imagine him in his make-shift studio, seated on an elementary school chair, his microphone smelling like the bubble gum you find inside a pack of baseball cards. He is wearing an Elmo t-shirt, his pockets are bulging with comic books and Star Wars figures. His main console area is cordoned off with an old sheet. It is draped across a section of unused speaker wire. The sheet has a NAMBLA symbol stenciled in magic marker on it. Alligator clips adorned with Pokemon stickers hold the sheet in place. The ends of the wire are affixed to exposed studs, below a poster of Haley Joel Osment, in his grandparent's unfinished basement. I suspect his lifestyle has caused him to become a gaunt individual. He is probably unattractive, and possesses a curved spine from constantly bending down and interacting with children. Piece by piece, this putrid world around him is beginning to dissolve. "They (Perverted Justice) have already managed to convince CafePress that I'm violating their terms of service by simply being present on their system." His newest strategy consists of dispatching reports on his own demise. "They just blocked me for that. Amazing," "Wikipedia is claiming that I cannot use the Boylove Logo on my userpage," ""why did Rikijo wait sooooo long before deciding to target my podcast?" " I really need your support on this, guys" Soon, everything and everyone around him will become tainted. Fruit in the supermarket will spoil in his presence. When his car-keys and his remote control go missing, he'll be trolling The Action Report to see if I know where he misplaced them. "John Powers, an "internet reporter" closely associated with CNN, has set himself up a nice one," I've been on Nancy Grace a couple of times, but I wouldn't characterize that as having "close associations with CNN." However, the latter portion of his statement is true. I have set myself up a nice one. VISIT PEDOLOGUES AND VOICE YOUR OPINION

THE BATTLE TO PREVENT THE BATTLE Part II

In 1999, Professor Mirkin of the University of Missouri, Kansas City, published a controversial paper called "The Pattern of Sexual Politics," in the Journal of Homosexuality. Now, you won't find the Journal of Homosexuality containing Professor Mirkin's article stuffed behind Field & Stream in your local book store, but you will see it crop up in all forms of pedophilia propaganda. The main focus of his writings attempts to legitimize the pedophilia movement by likening it to the black civil rights movement, women's suffrage, and other noble causes. Basically, the professor shows the roots of a movement, explains its evolvement, and stands them up as models to define the state of the pedophilia movement. Professor Mirkin contends that a movement takes place in two phases. "The second phase is a visible political fight like the current melee over gay and lesbian rights." Phase I is all about preventing Phase II from occurring, "Phase I struggles exist before the issues become politically visible, and are harder to detect," writes Mirkin. He defines this strategy as The Battle to Prevent the Battle. This is the current state of affairs. I attended an afternoon cocktail party recently, and in the course of mingling was asked about my Website. I began to discuss my writings about the campaign against NAMBLA. Then I had to explain that MBLA stands for Man Boy Love Association, and more often than not, ordinary people have no idea that NAMBLA is allowed to even exist; aside from it being a constant reference on South Park. People have this perception that NAMBLA is just some quirky organization, and like most normal people, can't wrap their brains around it." Do you mean they actually say they 'love' boys?" SAY IT? These people spend every waking moment trying to figure out ways to legalize it! Pedophiles claim they are an oppressed minority, and compare the derogatory views people have of them now, with the injustices suffered by blacks, women and homosexuals in their fight for equality throughout the course of American history. They use every obscure reference, and every biased study to reinforce their beliefs. They cite Greek Mythology, ancient Egyptian cultures and pre-modern European, liberal attitudes towards sexuality between men and boys as precedent. Pedophilia propaganda is replete with numerous sex studies coming out of the Netherlands. Some studies even contend that children engaged in "consensual" sexual relationships with adults experience no sense of victimization and exhibit no signs of mental deterioration. As a mouthpiece for the movement, David Thorstad, the co-founder of NAMBLA never misses an opportunity to combine all of the elements I mentioned, and publish it on the Internet. In a transparent effort to publicly rationalize his arcane sexual urges, he portrays himself and his "underage boyfriends" as victims of discrimination. A sense of disbelief washed over the small circle of listeners that formed around me. Their tranquil, pre-conceived notions about the world they've become familiar with, started dissipating into anger. I told them not to worry, we are still only in Phase I. In Phase I, the basis of the arguments are established. It is difficult for people to conceive that this is even up for debate. In their mind, pedophilia is both illegal and morally wrong. As a matter of fact, it is illegal because it is morally wrong. I warn you however, that there are doctors, psychiatrists, and college professors who are attempting to challenge your perceptions of what is and what isn't morally acceptable. They feel that if they can soften society's outlook on pedophiles, using language like "inter-generational sex," instead of rape, and calling pedophiles a "subordinate group," instead of child molesters, they might be able to undermine what they consider, "traditionally held views on pedophilia." By the way, you and I? The average citizen? We are not referred to, or portrayed as normal thinking people; we are what is known as "The Dominant Group." According to Professor Mirkin, "Dominant groups sometimes divide when they are presented with a strong argument by subordinate activists, and an audience receptive to the claims is brought into existence." Professor Mirkin is the "subordinate activist," in his story by the way, and he is the one trying to present the "strong argument" on their behalf. " It is normally only under these conditions that the deviant group can improve its status." Yes, we must improve the status of pedophiles!! I know, you can't believe that this is a college professor with access to young minds. Believe me, there are more. And they are all spewing out the same rhetoric, and using their classrooms to indoctrinate an entire generation of students. These kids are going to be headed out into the real world with this implanted, newer version of the American mind thinking, "Pedophiles are a subordinate group. They are oppressed. We must help create legislation to lower the age of consent laws. " Ironically, Professor Mirkin does not personally endorse or sponsor pedophilia. With every study that proves that pedophilia is damaging to children another one emerges to rebuff it. According to an article in the Kansas City Star, which was posted on Mirkin's site, in 1998, Bruce Rind, an associate professor of psychology at Temple University and several of his colleagues had their findings published by the American Psychological Association, concluding that the negative effects associated with children engaging in sex with adults, "were neither pervasive nor typically intense, and that men reacted much less negatively than women." The U.S. House of Representatives shortly thereafter passed a unanimous resolution rejecting the Rind study. The American Psychological Association soon followed suit and passed a resolution declaring, "sexual relations between children and adults are abusive, exploitive, reprehensible and properly punishable by law." Here is a Canadian study that reinforces my earlier theory that pedophiles are attempting to hijack the gay rights agenda. On page three it says that, "Any attempts to legalise (sic) gay marriage should be aware of the link between homosexuality and pedophilia." It goes on to say that obviously, while not every homosexual is a pedophile, "there is a disproportionately greater number of homosexuals among pedophiles and an overlap between the gay movement and the movement to make pedophilia acceptable." The study also cites the assertions of David Thorstad, as was originally published in the "Journal of Homosexuality," that there is an overlap between the "gay movement" and the movement to make pedophilia acceptable through organizations like NAMBLA. Thorstad has even carved out the unique position of being a radical within his own homosexual community. Legitimate gay rights movements don't want to be affiliated with pedophilia. In this article, ( Hey, I wonder if Big Kev read the same one for his research paper?) Thorstad rails against homosexual activists campaigning for marriage, calling their agenda misguided. Thorstad is attempting to divide the community into two camps, and if he can't make any headway against the moderates in the marriage campaign, he has stated that, "health care ought to be a right of all citizens, regardless of their copulations and cohabitations," and he will abuse the issue of Socialized Healthcare as a means to obtain legal status for his predilections with young boys. In his article, Thorstad appears to be against gay marriage, when actually he is against the elements in his own community who have said enough is enough. He defines marriage as a group of "Heterosupremacists," who want to maintain the status quo of special privileges for couples. He says that homosexuals who campaign for marriage are only extending the same special privileges to a "subset of same sexers," and should be combating the system of laws he feels are discriminatory to pedophiles instead of wanting to endorse them. Alienated, frustrated and desperate, Thorstad cites California Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer's declaration that, "the state's ban on same-sex marriage violated the 'basic human right to marry a person of one's choice.'" We can see by his own comments, " Huh? I wondered if the 'person of my own choice' could be my underage boyfriend?" that Thorstad isn't about to entirely abandon the notion of same-sex marriage if he is able to use the defining language to his advantage. We've identified the strategies, the arguments, and some of the key players in the movement to make pedophilia acceptable. Professor Mirkin says the aim of his article was to "tone down the hysteria, " towards pedophiles. My aim is to ratchet it up, and in line with Phase I of this operation, the first proving ground in the battle to prevent the battle has been chosen. Stay tuned for updates.......Click HERE to continue...

THE BATTLE TO PREVENT THE BATTLE Part I

A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing? The premise of my previous blog entry, "When the Left Hand Doesn't Know What the Far Left Hand is Doing," was to call attention to a movement most Americans are unfamiliar with. It is the pedophilia movement, and my aim was to expose the strategy of its leader, David Thorstad. I planned to expose him through a series of intercepted communications that were either sent to me, or that I discovered in a public repository on the Internet. One of the many examples I used to illustrate this point was a letter sent by a Kevin J. Wooten, to David Thorstad, alerting him about a "Boylover" pedophile-podcast, or Pedo-Cast Website. Kevin Wooten is a former volunteer for the Congressman Kucinich for President campaign, and poli-sci major at the College of Charleston in South Carolina. I selected this letter for two reasons. A bulk of David Thorstad's communications are comprised of letters to and from people who are connected to American politics on all levels, and contain some element relating to pedophilia. Wooten's position as a designated point of contact for fundraising activities in South Carolina for the Congressman's campaign for the presidency in 2004, obviously represents the grassroots faction of politics. I have a letter from a college student, once active in politics, communicating with the Co-founder of NAMBLA, and inadvertantly providing him with material support in the form of a link to a Podcast that advocates sex with minors. It was the perfect choice to demonstrate my point; but is the E-mail authentic? On Friday, September 15, 2006 I received a letter from the Fenno Law Firm in South Carolina. The letter demanded that I "Cease and Desist," labeling its client, Kevin J. Wooten a Pedophile. The letter also addressed the last line of the E-mail, which I incorrectly highlighted, making it appear as if the statement had come from Kevin J. Wooten. "Moreover, the email (sic) that Mr. Wooten sent to Mr. Thorstad did not include the statement 'We need to organize and galvanize' in bold. Nor was such a statement directly connected with Mr. Wooten's name. " This is the third E-mail I've published, and the third time I've received confirmation of its authenticity by the author. I want to make clear, that the E-mails I publish as they relate to NAMBLA, its officers, members, and incidental communications, are REAL. I have real information that outlines a strategy by Thorstad to hijack agendas on the left. I have real information that shows a pattern of its members soliciting NAMBLA for advice regarding pedophilia. The tricky part is, every time I publish one, its owner comes forward, announces ownership, and defying all logic, poses an entirely different motive for sending it. Jon Nelson, a substitute school teacher from California, had sent such a letter to NAMBLA. In it, he says that he is coming to some self realization as a "Boylover," and though he has not yet made any moves on his students, he wants to know what his options are. Shortly after The Action Report published the letter, his stated reasons for sending it suddenly changed, and in fact contradicted his intitial inquiry to NAMBLA. Mr. Nelson told The Action Report that he was doing research for a book! Through his lawyer, Kevin J. Wooten said he met David Thorstad while doing research for a philosophy paper on gay marriage. Wooten claims that he and Thorstad developed a friendship, " In researching for the paper, he came across a magazine article about gay marriage written by Mr. Thorstad." The letter goes on to say that Kev found the article interesting, and was not aware that David Thorstad participates in NAMBLA, or advocates on its behalf, " Mr. Wooten is not a NAMBLA member, nor a pedophile, nor a pedophile activist. Mr. Wooten opposes pedophilia. But..." There is always a but. It goes on to say that Kev has become friends with Thorstad, and thought Thorstad might find the podcast show Pedologues, a show that openly advocates sex with minors, interesting. When I went to school, I used to gather information; not supply it.I am taking Mr. Wooten at his word, and for the record, The Action Report attempted to contact him, to get his point of view, more than once, prior to publishing the original story. According to Mr. Wooten, he opposes pedophilia. I believe him, but I'd have to challenge his judgement. Does he personally oppose pedophilia? Does he oppose others engaging in pedophilia? On the one hand, he has befriended the leader of the pedophilia movement. Kev can't claim that he doesn't know Thorstad isn't involved in, or at least interested in pedophilia. He sent him the link to Pedologues, a show that advocates pedophilia, and Thorstad doesn't need to advocate on behalf of NAMBLA to advocate for pedophilia either. So, he becomes friends with Thorstad, a known pedophile, sends him a link to a pedarest Website, and he opposes pedophilia. I believe you. I don't know what my readers will think, but I believe you. In fairness to Kev, Thorstad is known for many other things as well. He is a socialist, and a leader in the early gay rights movement. He is also named in one of the largest law suits against NAMBLA in Curley V. NAMBLA, involving the rape and subsequent murder of a ten year old boy in Massachusettes. Thorstad and other officers of NAMBLA are accused of providing material support and psychological comfort to its members regarding illicit activities with minors. Not someone I'd want to be friends with. For the record, I am not at all implying that Kevin J. Wooten is anything other than someone who perhaps had a lapse in judgement.Big Kev, David Thorstad is a man who wants to lower the age of consent laws for minors to engage in same sex relationships with adult males. I think your opposition to pedophilia would be better served if you didn't mail him links to Podcasts whose hosts talk openly of sexually exploiting minors. Ironically, one of the show's hosts of Pedologues, mentions my Blog entry, and attempts to challenge it merely one day before I received a notification from the Fenno law firm to Cease and Desist. If you go to the Pedalogues Website, you will see that they are proud to be pedophiles. Read any of David Thorstad's rhetoric, and you will see that he is proud to be a pedophile. They don't view the term pedophile as derogatory, and actually prefer to be called "Boy-lovers," or "Pedarests." Mr. Wooten's lawyer, Edward Fenno maintains that "it is possible that there is no statement more harmful than that someone is a pedophile." I agree with him, and was shocked to discover that through my constant research of organizations like NAMBLA, and Pedalogues, that there are people who don't consider it harmful to be identified as pedophiles. I admit, I have become de-sensitized, and I assumed that Mr. Wooten's letter, directing Mr. Thorstad to a Boy-lovers site was clear evidence that he was a proponent of such activities, and did not intend the term pedophile to be derogatory. Obviously, I was incorrect, and I'm glad that Mr. Wooten has come forward to clarify his position, that he passed the link along as a favor to a friend who might be interested, that he opposes pedophilia, and that being called a pedophile is possibly the most harmful name a person could be called. I hope Mr. Wooten decides to align himself with my campaign to stop the pedophilia movement dead in its tracks. The Battle to Prevent the Battle seeks to inform the American public about organizations like NAMBLA, what their stated goals are, define their strategy, and stop them from hijacking the gay rights movement, killing their agenda before it even gets a chance to come up for debate.Click HERE to continue...
